Description

This video documents the construction process on six different Mechanically Stabilized Earth walls throughout the 2015 construction season. The MSE walls are located on US 31 between Carmel and Westfield, as part of the project to upgrade the existing signalized arterial to a grade-separated roadway conforming to Federal freeway standards.
