Why can't I log in?

Have you registered? First time users from Purdue can go to our login page, and enter their Purdue username and password. The first time you use PURR, the system will ask you to confirm your name and other account information. Once you've registered, you should be able to log in to PURR anytime using your Purdue account credentials.

If you don't have a Purdue username, you can still register for PURR, but you need to be invited to join a PURR project. Your collaborators can invite you by going to People section of their project and clicking Edit Team. You'll receive an email inviting you to join the project and register. If you do not see your email invitation, please check your junk mail, especially if you are using Gmail, which often categorizes these invitations as junk. Once you've registered, you can log in anytime at our login page by selecting the option to use your PURR account.

If you have other questions, or if you are having problems logging in, please contact support.
